Hi, my name is Holly Davis and I’m a senior
staff therapist at Counseling and Consultation Service at Ohio State. I lead the Journeys
to Eating Disorder Recovery therapy group here. This group is for students who are struggling
with things like disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns and really
provides them a place to work on their recovery or healing process. While in that safe and
supportive environment, students can connect with one another, receive support, and explore
things related to eating disorders that are important for their recovery. This might include
things like self esteem and body image, intuition and emotions, relationships and boundaries,
and also working on one’s relationship with food. The group is free, confidential, and
runs weekly each semester. If you’re interested in learning more about the group, have questions
or would like to talk about if the group might be a good fit for you, please feel free to
contact me here at CCS at 614-292-5766 or you can email me at [email protected]
